Little chefs will explore a nutritious feature ingredient that is seasonally abundant and learn a new cooking skill - all in a way that encourages imagination and self-expression. Ingredients and skills will be combined into a delicious dish, like Spring Roulades, Lettuce-less Salad, or Fruit Soup, for tasting during class, and chefs will leave with the recipe they made to share again at home!
